eToro built a frequently asked question (FAQ) system to assist customers in the transaction process. These FAQs cover your questions or encounter errors when using eToro. So, we show you the most intelligent way to look up. Help you quickly answer questions.

Customer satisfaction is eToro’s top priority. Therefore, they build the FAQs system in two ways: keywords and topics.

This article guide you to look up answers in both ways. Depending on your question, you choose the appropriate way.

How to look up frequently asked questions by keyword

It is an active lookup.

You prepare the keywords you want to find in advance. The FAQs system suggests a series of consecutive articles containing keywords.

How to search as follows:

  • You access the Help tab on the left side of the eToro account interface.
  • Then, the interface appears as shown below. Right at the top of the interface appears the question “What would you like to know?” You type the keyword you want to find.
  • A series of suggested articles related to keywords appeared. Choose the article you wish to.

How to look up frequently asked questions by topic

It is how to look up the passive form. The FAQs system is divided into ten critical topics:

You can view FAQs by topic by following these steps:

  • You access the Help tab on the left side of the eToro account interface.
  • Then, click Help Center. The interface moves to the FAQs system by topic.
  • Choose the article you wish to. Click View more. Next, posts on the topic are displayed.

Be proactive when you quickly find information when looking up FAQs with two methods.

However, you are still not satisfied with the answers in the FAQs. If so, you can use eToro’s Live Chat channel. Live Chat allows you to chat online with eToro customer support staff.
